摘要
为改善读者的服务体验,增强图书馆的整体服务能力,可利用O2O模式对图书馆传统服务进行创新。通过重构传统服务的流程,分别给出了以图书馆为中心和以读者为中心的两类O2O传统服务模式,并探讨了传统服务创新中的三个相关问题。虽然存在不足之处,但O2O传统服务模式仍是改造图书馆传统服务的最佳选择,值得当前图书馆尝试。
In order to improve the readers' service experience and enhance the overall service ability of library, the O2O mode can be applied to reform the traditional services in library. By refactoring the traditional service flow, two kinds of O2O traditional service modes, library-centered and reader-centered, are given respectively, and then three related problems in the traditional service innovation are discussed. Although there are still some disadvantages, the O2O traditional service mode is accepted as the best choice for the reformation of the library traditional services, and are worth trying for libraries at present.
