机关事务工作是党和国家治理工作的重要组成部分,在统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面"战略布局的进程中,大力推进机关事务治理体系和治理能力现代化,要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于"加强后勤建设战略筹划和指导,研究现代后勤保障机理,在战略筹划、顶层设计、理论研究上下功夫,大力推动后勤现代化"的指示精神,重点在夯实职能化基础、彰显行业化特性、推进法治化治理、加快标准化建设、推广信息化应用、提高社会化水平六个方面下功夫,使制度更加成熟定型,发展更有质量水平,各级党政机关和人民群众更有获得感。

Government offices work is an important part of Party and State governance. In the course of integrally advancing the ＂Five in One＂ overall layout and pushing forward the ＂Four Comprehensives＂ strategic blueprint in a coordinative way, vigorously boosting the system and capability modernization for offices governance needs to deeply carry out the directive by General Secretary Xi Jinping that we should enhance planning and guiding for logistics construction strategy, study about modern logistics security mechanism, pay more attention to strategic planning, top-level design and theoretical research, and greatly promote modernization of logistics management, to focus on the following six aspects such as tamping functionalization bases, manifesting industrialization features, boosting legalization governance, accelerating standardization construction and improving socialization level, so as to make institutions more mature and modeling, upgrade development to a better quality, and let the Party, Government and people have more sense of gains.
