摘要
"一带一路"战略给商务外语人才带来了更多的机遇与挑战。作为促进经济发展的"内生变量",商务外语人才的成才和培养需以人才学理论为指导。我国商务外语人才的成长既要遵循五个成长规律,又要根据不同地区、不同高校适当调整。并在人才开发理论指导下,通过多课程协同教学、系统化教学、实践教学的创新,实现商务外语人才的培养。
"The Belt and Road "strategy-for business English talents brings more opportunities and challenges. As an endogenous variable to promote economic development,the talent and training of business language talent should be guided by the theory of talent.Business English talents in Chinese growth must follow five growth rules, bu also adjust something that's according to different universities and area.And under the guidance of talent development theory, through the multi course collaborative teaching, systematic teaching,practice teaching innovation, to achieve business foreign language personnel training.
