摘要 研究目的:总结2016年国内外土地科学研究的重点进展,展望2017年中国土地科学的发展趋势以及《中国土地科学》重点关注方向。研究方法:文献调研法。研究结果:(1)2016年土地科学基础理论研究取得进展,创新提出土地科学发展时空锥理论和模型;(2)土地经济领域开始关注长时序波动规律等新要素对土地价格的影响,以及土地流转中的政府作用,土地产权和征地制度的研究方法和理论均有所突破,土地领域供给侧结构性改革成为研究热点;(3)土地管理领域对不动产登记和自然资源资产管理方面的关注持续升温并开始侧重工作成果的应用和推广研究;(4)土地资源、利用与规划领域探索面向新型城镇化和生态文明建设的国土空间分类体系,提出了一系列空间规划改革构想和建议;(5)土地工程与技术领域在移动测量技术与设备和便携式管理系统的研发方面取得了进展,复垦土壤特征及多种新型土壤改良技术的研究进一步推动土地整治工程的开展。研究结论:2017年,《中国土地科学》将重点关注土地科学系统视角的土地科学专用理论和技术的研究,包括土地科学问题研究总体框架构建研究,土地调查、土地规划土地评价、土地整治工程、土地信息工程等理论及技术体系研究,典型区域土地系统多要素耦合作用与优化机理研究等。 The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research progress of land science in 2016 as well as the prospective of land science and research priorities of China Land Sciences in 2017. Method employed is literature retrieval. The results show that 1)the new progress was made in the basic theory of land sciences in 2016 i.e., and the spatial-temporal cone theory and model of land science discipline development was put forward. 2)In the field of land economy, scholars began to pay attention to the impact of new elements e.g., the long-term fluctuations regularity on land prices and the role of government in land transfer. The breakthroughs were made on the research methods and theories of land property rights and land acquisition system. The land supply-side structural reform has become a research hotspot. 3)In the field of land management, the focuses on real estate registration and natural resource assets management continued to enhance, and scholars began to pay attention to the application and promotion of research results. 4)In the field of land resource and utilization planning, scholars explored the land spatial classification system with regard to the new-type urbanization and ecological civilization, and then put forward a series of conceptions and suggestions for spatial planning reform. 5)In the field of land engineering and technology, the progress was made in portable measurement equipment and portable management system. The research on reclaimed soil characteristics and a variety of new soil improvement techniques has promoted the further development of land consolidation projects. In conclusion, from the perspective of land science system, China Land Sciences in 2017 will focus on the special theory and technology of land science including the following aspects: the general framework construction of land science, the theory and technology systems of land survey, land planning, land evaluation, land consolidation project, land information engineering, and the multi-factor coupling effects and optimization mechanism of typical regional land system.
