摘要
中小学科研管理是对中小学教师科研工作进行的管理,具有实践性、科学性、人文性和主体多元性等特点。为解决当前中小学科研管理过程中呈现出的权责不清、管理水平较低、重管理轻服务、总结推广不力、教学科研相脱离等问题,应从健全规章制度、全方位培训队伍、敦促科研落实、抓好重点课题研究、提高总结推广力度、促进科研和教学实践有机融合等方面来加强科研过程管理,促进教师研究能力提升。
Primary and secondary school's scientific research management is the management of primary and secondary school teachers'scientific research work, which with the characteristics of practicality, science, hu- manity and subject diversity. In order to solve the problem of unclear responsibilities, low management level, attaches great importance to the management, ignoring the service, summary and promotion's unfulfillment, separation between teaching and scientific research and so on in the current process of scientific research man- agement in primary and secondary school, we should establish comprehensive rules and ordinances, train teacher team, urge the implementation of scientific research, grasp key subjects research, improve the summa- ry and promotion efforts, promote the organic integration of scientific research and teaching practice , to strengthen the management of scientific research process and promote the research ability of teachers.
