摘要
熔融沉积成型(FDM)是3D打印技术的一种,但其制品强度不能满足工业化的要求。在熔融沉积成型中向高分子基体中加入纤维来制备复合材料从而达到增强的目的,已经成为国内外3D打印研究的热点。从非连续纤维与连续纤维增强高分子复合材料的成型方法两个方面总结了FDM技术制备纤维增强高分子复合材料国内外的研究进展,并着重介绍其制备装置、成型工艺及存在的主要问题,最后对其前景进行了展望。
Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a kind of 3D printing technology, but the strength of the products can not meet the industrial requirements. Adding fiber to polymer matrix in fused deposition modeling to prepare composite materials so as to achieve the purpose of enhancement has become the hot spot of 3D printing research in the international area. The molding methods at home and abroad of the non continuous and continuous fiber reinforced polymer composites by FDM were summarized, and their preparation devices, molding process and the main problems, the prospects in the future were introduced too.
