摘要
采用络合物沉淀法和共沉淀法制备了CuCr1-xMnxO(x =0 ,0 .5 ,1)催化剂 ,并考察了其对合成甲醇和甲酸甲酯 (MF)反应的催化活性和MF选择性 ,重点考察了Mn掺杂对MF选择性的影响。采用XRD、BET、SEM和TEM对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明 ,催化剂的MF选择性随Mn掺杂量的增加而提高。当Mn完全取代Cr后 ,催化剂的MF选择性甚至可高达 10 0 %,这可能主要归因于催化剂中含Mn新物相的形成和催化剂呈高分散的纳米形态。
The CuCr (1-x)Mn xO(x=0,0.5,1.0)catalysts were prepared with complex precipitation and coprecipitation methods respectively,and characterized by XRD,BET,SEM and TEM techniques.The activity and selectivity of methyl formate(MF) of CuCr (1-x)Mn xO(x=0,0.5,1.0)catalysts for the concurrent synthesis of methanol and methyl formate from synthesis gas were investigated.Especially the effects of Mn adulteration on the MF selectivity of catalysts were emphatically examined.The results demonstrated that the selectivity of MF was increased with the increase of Mn contents.When Cr was completely substituted by Mn,the MF selectivity of corresponding catalyst can even reach 100%,which can be mainly attributed to the formation of Mn-contained new phase and the nano morphology as well as high dispersion of catalysts.
