摘要
针对IGBT开关电路在雷击浪涌试验中出现的问题,分析了雷击浪涌干扰的特点,提出一种IGBT和继电器组合的快速开关电路。为抑制共模干扰,IGBT驱动回路由独立的高隔离电压模块组成不共地电路,为抑制差模干扰,IGBT开关电路采用整流二极管、压敏电阻、安规电容等浪涌抑制元器件组成多级保护电路。设计的IGBT快速开关电路能抗4级浪涌试验,试验结果表明,改进的措施能有效提高IGBT快速开关电路的抗扰度。
According to the problem of IGBT switch during the test on surge, the characteristic of the lightning surge and interference, and a rapid switch circuit integrated with both IGBT and velay was propused. IGBT drive circuit is composed of independent insulated voltage modules to become a circuit with no common earthed system to suppress common-mode-interference. IGBT switch circuit is modified with rectifier diode, safety capacitor, metal- oxide varistor ( MOV ) to enhance the differential mode interference suppression. The results of improved IGBT switch circuit improve the requirement of anti-electromagnetic interference.
