摘要
根据喷射鼓泡反应器内鼓泡区和反应区的主要限制因素,通过建立双模理论讨论钢渣浆液脱除烧结烟气中SO_2的影响因素。在无化学反应的气液两相传质受气膜、液膜共同控制下,假设钢渣脱硫反应是在瞬间和不可逆的条件下完成,钢渣脱除烧结烟气中SO_2的吸收速率近似为气膜传质,即该反应是气膜控制反应。
According to the main limiting factors of the bubble zone and the reaction zone in jet bubbling reactor, the influence factors of the removal of SO2 from the sintering flue gas by the double mode theory were discussed. In the gas-liquid mass transfer without chemical reaction, it is assumed that the absorption rate of SO: in sintering flue gas is approximately the gas film mass transfer, that is, the gas film control reaction under the condition that the slag desulfurization reaction is complete and irreversible.
