整体护理在椎管内肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic hursing in postoperativepatients with intraspinal tumor

目的探讨整体护理在椎管内肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2015年12月~2016年5月在我院接受治疗的60例行椎管内肿瘤切除术患者的临床资料。根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用整体护理,比较两组患者护理后的神经功能恢复、并发症以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组的神经功能评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论整体护理应用于椎管内肿瘤术后辅助治疗中能有效促进患者神经功能的恢复,减少其术后并发症,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in patients with intraspinal tumor.Methods Clinical data of 60 patients received intraspinal tumor resection in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group （n= 30） and observation group （n=30）.Conventional nursing was used in control group and holistic nursing was used in observing group.Neural function recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction degree in patients between two groups were compared.Results Neurological functional score of observing group was obviously better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of post-operation complications in observation group （6.67%） was obviously lower than that of control group （26.67%） （P〈0.05）.Total satisfaction degree of nursing in observation group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.01）.Conelusion Holistic nursing can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function,reduce postoperative complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
