摘要
文章以水利类高职院校作为研究对象,对高职院校核心竞争力建设的背景、内涵、特色意义进行研究,提出就业对接市场需求、以专业群来提升职业岗位特色、以品牌专业构建特色专业体系三大实现路径。
Taking the water resources vocational college as the research object, this paper studies the background, connotation and significance of constructing the core competency in higher vocational colleges. It puts forward three methods: employment oriented by market demand,characteristics of professional post lifted by specialty group, special professional system constructed by brand professionals.
