摘要
以氧化锆粉末为原料,探究TiO_2-MgO-CaO复相添加剂对氧化锆陶瓷低温烧结性能的影响。本文主要在改变添加剂比例及烧结温度情况下,对烧结产品的体积收缩率、体积密度、洛氏硬度进行测试分析。结果表明:在1400℃下烧结的产品性能更加优越,同一烧结温度下复相添加剂TiO_2∶MgO∶CaO比例为1.5∶1.5∶2.0时烧结产品的硬度更高,体积收缩率以及体积密度更大。
Zirconia powder as raw material, to explore the impact of TiO2- MgO-CaO composite ad- ditives on zirconia ceramics low-temperature sintering properties. In this paper,under the condition of changing the proportion of additives and sintering temperature, the volume shrinkage of the sin- tered product, bulk density, Rockwell hardness were studied. The results show: Sintered products have superior performance at 1400℃. The sintered prodncts have a higher hardness, a greater volume shrinkage and bulk density at the same sintering temperature and at the composite additive TiO2 :MgO : CaO ratio of 1.5: 1.5 :2.0.
