摘要 为了研究商洛市景区的餐饮业安全性问题及其生态可持续发展,采用调查的方法分析商洛市景区的餐饮业现状以及其存在的环境、设施、食品安全等安全隐患。结合其存在的问题,提出规范景区餐饮业绿色发展,加强对景区餐饮从业人员的管理,大力宣传食品安全卫生知识,提高游客卫生意识,积极推进商洛市景区餐饮业发展。只有正确地处理好餐饮业与景区二者之间的关系才能推动景区整体协调发展。 In order to study safety and ecologically sustainable development of the catering industry in Shangluo City's scenic spots,an investigation was conducted to find the potential safety hazards from aspects of environment,facility,food safety etc.Base on the existing problems,it is suggested that the scenic spots should set norms for the healthy development of catering industry,strengthen the management of employees in catering industry,popularize knowledge on food safety and hygiene,improve tourists' hygiene awareness and actively promote the development of the catering industry in scenic spots.Proper handling of the relationship between the restaurant and scenic spots could benefit the overall coordinated development of the scenic spots.
