家庭跟进式护理对社区老年脑卒中患者康复依从性的影响

Effect of Family Follow up Nursing on Rehabilitation Compliance of Elderly Patients With Stroke

目的分析家庭跟进护理对社区老年脑卒中患者康复依从性的影响。方法将社区老年脑卒中患者92例分为两组各46例,对照组常规随访,观察组实施家庭跟进护理,比较两组患者康复依从性与改善情况。结果观察组依从率为93.5%,高于对照组的76.1%(P<0.05),护理3个月后观察组运动功能及日常生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭跟进护理有助于提高社区老年脑卒中患者康复依从性,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of family follow up nursing on rehabilitation compliance of elderly patients with stroke. Methods 92 cases of elderly stroke patients were divided into two groups, of 46 cases in each. The control group received routine follow-up, the observation group received family follow-up care, compared two groups of patients with rehabilitation compliance and improve the situation. Results The compliance rate in observation group of 93.5%, was significantly higher than the control group of 76.1% （P 〈 0.05）, after 3 months of nursing, observation group of motor function and daily life ability score were significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Family follow- up nursing is helpful to improve the compliance of rehabilitation of stroke patients in community elderly brain, promote the rehabilitation of patients.
