猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征

Treating Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome by Lung Phospholipid Injection

目的探讨新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)采取猪肺磷脂注射液(PS)治疗的效果。方法按照随机数字法将NRDS患儿60例分为2组,每组30例,对照组采取常规治疗,研究组采取常规治疗加PS治疗。观察记录2组患儿临床治疗效果,以及治疗前后血气分析指标(PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2),并进行统计学分析。结果研究组治愈率为100.00%,对照组则为86.67%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前后PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2均有改善,但研究组改善更显著。结论新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征采取猪肺磷脂注射液治疗效果良好,能更好地改善血气分析指标,改善患儿症状,缩短氧疗时间,挽救患儿生命。

Objective To investigate the neonatal respiratory distress syndrome （NRDS） adopted lung phospholipid injection （PS） therapy.
