The mechanism of interleukin-17in coronary heart disease and its clinical significance

摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化的发病机制有多种学说,包括脂质浸润学说、动脉平滑肌细胞克隆学说、血栓形成学说、损伤反应学说等。但是,近年来的大量研究证实动脉粥样硬化也是一种慢性炎症性疾病口,炎症反应在动脉粥样硬化的起始、发展和并发症中都起到关键性作用心。 Interleukin 17,as a former inflammatory factor and fine tuning factor,plays a vital role in the process of coronary atherosclerosis.In recent years,studies have shown that IL- 17 is associated with the coronary artery stenosis degree and stability of plaques.In this paper,the mechanism and clinical significance of interleukin 17 in coronary heart disease were summarized.
