摘要
在教师成长职业化发展的不同阶段,教师个人的能力呈现不断上升的趋势,心理素质也得到逐步完善,而社会人格构建是实现教师职业化发展以及教学水平稳步提高的重要途径。以教师本身的职业发展需求与个性因素为出发点,开展教师的心理培训、技能提升、人格塑造等工作,提升高校综合实力与教学水平。
