摘要
为了解决全轻陶粒混凝容易出现不同程度的骨料上浮现象,拌合物和易性差,容易离析,不能泵等问题,提出采用添加由引气剂与增稠剂组成的全轻陶粒混凝土专用外加剂来解决全轻陶粒混凝土不能泵送的问题。研究表明:硅烷类引气剂引气效果较好,掺量在0.01%~0.013%(按胶凝材料用量算)效果最佳。HPMC20 W黏度更加适合配制陶粒混凝土专用外加剂,其最佳掺量为0.002 6%;用全轻陶粒混凝土专用外加剂能配制出工作性能优异的混凝土,且密度1 300 kg/m3强度达到17.9 MPa。
In order to resist some problems in the process of full lightweight haydite concrete, such as haydite floating,workability poor, and bleeding.Aiming at these problems, the test proposed by the added full lightweight haydite concrete admixtures consisted of air entraining agent and thickening agent to solve the problem.The silanes air entraining agent has a better effect, the perfect mixing content is 0.01%-0.013% (by cementing material calculation).The thickening agent of HPMC 20 W viscosity is suitable for preparing special ceramic concrete ad- mixtures, and the optimum adding amount is 0.002 6%.It shows that full lightweight haydite concrete with good workability can be made by added to special ceramic concrete admixtures and density 1 300 kg/m3 strength of 17.9 MPa.
