摘要
要针对不同贫困区域环境、不同贫困农户状况,运用科学有效的贫困对象识别机制,因地制宜对扶贫资源进行精确配置,建立全方位、立体化的精准扶贫工作机制,确保扶贫资源真正用在农户身上、真正用在贫困地方,实现资源合理分配,缩小贫富差距,使得贫困户家庭真正受用。
It is necessary to set up all-round and three-dimensional precision poverty alleviation mechanism to ensure that the poverty alleviation resources are really used in the rural areas,and to make use of the scientific and effective poverty identification system for different poverty-stricken areas and different poor farmers.We must achieve a reasonable allocation of resources,narrow the gap between rich and poor,and make the poor families really.
