基于数据挖掘技术的医疗设备配件采购管理系统的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:针对传统采购方式往往不能实时掌握库存储备动态,无法设置科学合理的配件储备量,订购时间不稳定,不利于编制严密的采购计划,且难以实现集中订购的缺点,进行采购方式改进。研究通过合理地组织采购,构建数据仓库,控制配件质量,降低配件采购成本,保障资金周转,提升设备开机率。方法:采用数据挖掘技术,对既往维修和配件采购数据进行数据分析,评估配件品目及数量,构建数据仓库,对使用率较高配件采用预采购方式。结果:医疗设备配件采购管理系统利于实现统筹规划采购,降低采购次数,规范配件管理,缩短供应周期。结论:运用数据挖掘技术有效预测了医疗设备配件需求,提高设备管理信息化程度,缩短了配件供应时间,为预防性维修提供有力支撑,提高了设备开机率。同时,此模式有利于组织批量采购,降低了成本。 Objective: To improve the traditional procurement mode because it has series of disadvantages, such as it couldn’t grasp dynamic state of store in real time, couldn’t scientifically and reasonably dispose store amount of accessories, couldn’t have steady subscription time and couldn’t achieve central subscription. To research how to construct data warehouse, control quality of accessory, reduce procurement cost, guarantee turnover of capital and increase operating rate of equipment through reasonably organized procurement. Methods: Data mining technique was used to analyze past procurement data of maintenance and accessory, evaluate the type and amount of accessory and construct data warehouse. And used pre-procurement mode for accessory with higher usage rate. Results: The accessory procurement management system of medical equipment contributed to achieve overall planning for procurement, reduce frequency of procurement, standard management of accessory and shorten supplying period. Conclusion: Data mining technique can effectively predict the requirement for accessory of medical equipment, increase informationization degree of equipment management, shorten supply time of accessory, and provide enough support for preventative maintenance, besides, it also can increase the operating rate. At the same time, this mode contributes to organize procurement in batches and reduce cost.
