Transformation Planning Strategy Of Coal Mining Areas For Industry-city Integration

近年来,在集约多元化的发展形势、产业需求和政策引导下,原有的粗放型、单一化的煤矿区发展模式已经不适应当下的社会发展趋势,加上部分煤矿区资源枯竭、环境恶化和配套不足等问题凸显,面临着转型的巨大压力,探寻煤矿区转型发展策略成为规划关注的问题。文章在分析转型背景下煤矿区现状问题的基础上,引入产城融合的理念,从产业、配套、生态、交通和文化角度提出煤矿区转型发展的策略,并以山西晋城寺河煤矿为例,探讨产城融合理念在煤矿区转型规划中的实际应用,以期为同类煤矿区转型提供借鉴。

Extensive and singular industrial model of coal mining areas is no longer sustainable in new industrial and policy situations. Exhaustion of resource and environmental pressure has forced transformation of coal mining areas. The paper analyzes current problems of coal mining areas, introduces industry-city integration concept, proposes transition strategies from industry, equipment, ecology, transportation, and culture in the plan of Sihe coal mine area, Jincheng city.
