高剂量左氧氟沙星在ICU治疗医院获得性肺炎中的应用

Application of high dose levofloxacin in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia in ICU

目的观察高剂量左氧氟沙星在重症加强护理病房(ICU)治疗医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的临床效果及安全性。方法将ICU病房的HAP患者84例分为研究组50例和对照组34例。研究组予左氧氟沙星500 mg/16 h治疗,对照组予左氧氟沙星500 mg/24 h治疗。对比观察2组临床疗效。结果 2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组显效时间及疗程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组细菌清除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU治疗HAP患者的过程中,高剂量左氧氟沙星的临床效果显著,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of high dose levofloxacin in the treatment of hospital acquired pneumonia（ HAP） in ICU. Methods 84 cases of HAP patients in ICU ward were divided into study group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 34 cases）. Study group received levofloxacin 500 mg/16 h treatment,control group were given with levofloxacin 500 mg/24 h treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups was observed. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The duration time and course of study group were shorter than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The bacterial clearance rate of study group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In the treatment of HAP patients in the process of ICU,the clinical effect of high dose levofloxacin is significantly,and high safety.
