全面两孩政策背景下托幼服务研究:综述与展望

在对托幼服务概念辨析和类型展开分析的基础上,从理论、政策、实证三个方面对国内外托幼服务相关研究进行综述发现,在我国已实施全面两孩的政策背景下,国内托幼服务相关研究存在三个方面的不足:第一,相关政策和实证研究缺乏本土化的理论指导;第二,缺乏对托幼服务供给和需求的系统研究;第三,尚无对托幼服务社会效应的定量研究。

Based on the analysis of the concepts and types of childcare services, the author has described and commented on researches related to childcare services at home and abroad. The author＇s narration and comments have been divided into three aspects： theory, policy and empirical analysis. Under the two-child policy, the author has proposed that there are three shortcomings in the field of study on childcare services. Firstly, there are no theoretical guidance on the policy and empirical researches. Secondly, systematic researches on the supply and demand of childcare services are insufficient. Thirdly, there are no quantitative researches on the social effects of childcare services.
