基于变权综合理论和模糊综合评价的多结果输出输电线路运行状态评价方法 被引量:36

摘要 为提高输电线路运行状态评估的准确性,提出了基于变权综合理论和模糊综合评价的多结果输出输电线路运行状态评价方法。该方法通过确定输电线路运行状态评价的关键评价因素,建立多结果输出的模糊综合评价模型,得到了以塔位段单元、塔位段、线路单元、线路总体运行状态为分类的评判计算模型,并基于变权综合理论,引入均衡函数,对由层次分析法确定的各个评价因素的权重系数进行调整。结果表明:该方法采用改进的隶属函数,更加准确地表达了评价因素的分布状态,并引入均衡函数对评价因素的常权系数进行调整,改善了常权系数下,评价指标偏离正常值的状态量对线路运行状态评价结果无影响的情况。工程实例计算与其他方法的对比分析表明,所提出的输电线路运行状态评价方法使评价结果更加符合工程实际,具有良好的应用前景。 In order to improve the accuracy of transmission line condition assessment, a condition assessment method of transmission line with multiple outputs based on variable weight principle and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was proposed. The key evaluation factors of the transmission line state were selected, and model with multiple outputs classified as tower section units, tower sections, line units and whole operation state of the line was obtained. Based on variable weight principle, a balanced function was introduced to adjust the weight coefficient of various evaluation factors determined by analytic hierarchy process. The results show that the improved membership fimction can be applied to express the distribution of evaluation factors more accurately and the balanced function improves the situation that the serious de- viation of evaluation index from the normal value under constant weight coefficient does not affect the result. The practical engineering calculation and comparative analysis with other methods show that the condition assessment method of transmission line established in this paper has good practical prospective.
