摘要
采用液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法(HPLC-DAD)测定纺织品中UV-350、UV-320、UV-328和UV-3274种限用苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂。样品经二氯甲烷超声萃取后,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱分离,甲醇-10 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器(DAD),外标法定量。结果表明,方法在0.5~50.0μg/m L范围内,4种苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂线性相关系数良好(R>0.999 5),样品的平均回收率为85.88%~99.75%,相对标准偏差为1.04%~3.97%,方法检出限(LOD)为0.64~0.82 mg/kg,方法定量限(LOQ)为2.13~2.73 mg/kg。
A new method for the determination of four kinds of restricted benzotriazole UV-fiters including UV-350, UV-328, UV-320 and UV-327 in textiles by liquid chromatography with diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) combined with ultrasonic extraction (USE) is developed. The samples are extracted with dichloromethane, and the separation is performed on the ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column using methanol- 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase. The analytics are detected by diode array detector (DAD), and the concentration of each analyte is calibrated by the external standard method. The results indicate that the calibration curves of four benzotriazole UV-fiters show good linear relationships in their detection ranges of 0.5-50.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficients are more than 0.999 5. The average recoveries of polyamide samples were in the range of 87.18%-99.34% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.56%-3.13%. The average recoveries of polyester samples are in the range of 85.88%-99.43% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 1.03%-3.97%. The limits of detection are 0.64N0.82 mg/kg, and the limits of quantitation are 2.13N2.73 mg/kg.
