摘要
慢性便秘是胃肠道疾病的常见症状。分级诊疗对慢性便秘治疗效果及患者满意度等方面具有重要影响。本文基于文献分析,梳理总结了目前慢性便秘诊疗中存在的问题,并分析分级诊疗在慢性便秘诊治中的作用,同时对慢性便秘分级诊疗模式如何走向成熟、规范提出看法及思考。
Chronic constipation is a common symptom of gastrointestinal diseases. Hierarchical diagnosis and treatment has an important effect on the curative effect of chronic constipation and the satisfaction of patients. Based on the analysis of literatures,the paper summarizes the existing problems of current diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation,analyzes the effect of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation,and at the same time explores the mature and standardized way of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation.
