浅析地市级农科院所图书馆(室)的建设——以南充市农业科学院为例

A Brief Analysis on the Construction of Library in the Municipal Academies of Agricultural Sciences,Taking Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences for an Example

文章以南充市农业科学院为例,阐述了地市级农科院所图书馆(室)建设的主要内容、作用、现状和存在的问题,并从思想上重视、优化藏书结构、加强人才队伍建设、更好地开展图书收集工作等方面提出了完善图书馆(室)建设的建议,以期为图书馆相关管理人员提供借鉴和参考。

Taking Nanchong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the main contents, functions, present situation and existing problems of library construction in municipal agricultural academies were elaborated in the paper. Suggestions to improve the library construction were put forward, such as paying attention to library construction, optimizing collection structure, strengthening talent team construction, doing better in book collection, etc. These will provide enlightenments and references for relevant management personnel of library.
