General Technical Requirements Research on Safety Interlock of Quick-opening Closure Pressure Vessel

本文通过对近10年来我国快开门式压力容器事故案例的统计分析,阐述这类设备安全联锁装置的技术现状和存在的主要问题,分析造成这些问题的主要原因是现阶段联锁装置没有量化标准和公认的检验检测手段。提出在国家新法规实施之际,组织力量尽快制订行业或国家层面上的相关通用技术要求的建议,并就进一步完善其发展进行了探讨。

With statistical analysis and research of China Quick-opening Closure Pressure Vessel＇s accident case study in the past decade, This paper described the technology status and existing problems of the quick-opening closure pressure vessel safety interlock device with critical analysis. In this stage, lack of clear quantitative standards and recognized test detection methods are the root cause of those problem and accident. It was proposed to organize forces to formulate technical requirements and suggestion in the national implementation of the new regulations. And further improving its development is also discussed in this paper.
