摘要
从项目制体验式教学模式出发,探索创业管理类课程中学生与创业项目有效匹配的内涵、影响因素与对策。学生与项目的有效匹配指学生的兴趣性、经验性与项目的可操作性、项目的价值性实现了交集的最大化。影响学生与创业项目的有效匹配的因素主要包括:学生的经历与动机、教师的设计能力与激励能力、项目构思与选择的方法与工具。创业管理类课程教师可从人、项目、方法三个角度进行场景设计以推动学生与创业项目的有效匹配。
Based on teaching model with project and experience,it explores the meaning, effective factors and countermeasure of enpreneurial management kinds of course. Effective fit between project and student means the maximum intersection between the interest,experience of student and the operability,value of project. The affecting factors on the effect fit between enpreneurial project and college student include that the experience and motive of student, the design ability and motivative ability of teacher, the method and means of project conception. Teachers from enpreneurial management kinds of sourse need to take on the scenario design to put forward the effective fit between student and enpreneurial project from the three views of person, project and method.
