摘要
介绍了建筑工程造价管控的内容,针对目前建筑工程造价管理存在的问题,提出了建设工程项目全过程造价咨询管理策略,指出借助工程造价咨询单位的专业力量取得高质量咨询服务,能极大程度提高造价管控水平。
The paper introduces the contents for the cost management of the architectural projects,points out the management strategies for the whole-process cost consultancy of the construction programs according to the problems for the architectural cost management,and points out the high-quality consultation with professionals can enhance the management and control over the cost.
