摘要
以小米糠为原料,采用超临界CO_2萃取技术提取小米糠油,研究了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间等因素对小米糠油萃取率的影响,得到优化的工艺参数:物料水分含量8%,萃取压力25 MPa,温度35℃,萃取时间4 h,此工艺条件下小米糠油萃取率可达91.5%。
The small rice bran as raw material, using supercritical CO2 extraction technology to extract small rice bran oil. The extraction pressure, extraction temperature and extraction time on the influence of the small rice bran oil extraction rate were examined ,and the optimized process parameters were: 8% material moisture content, 25 MPa extraction pressure, 35 ℃ temperature, 4 h extraction time. The small rice bran oil extraction rate under the condition was 91.5%.
