摘要
针对车辆转向系统在运行中的重要性和国内外转向系检测近况,以一种全自动转向系检测系统为对象,且以转向设计理论为理论基础,阐述了转向梯形、车轮转角与车辆转向器角传动比的相关性等基础问题,总结了其参数对转向性能的影响。同时列出了转向梯形的检测机理依据,并以整体式和分段式阿克曼转向为例,分析了底角改变对车轮转角的影响。通过多次平行示值试验结果表明:左台最大绝对值示值误差为0.1°,右台最大绝对值示值误差为0.07°,而系统检测误差精度范围为,误差满足精度要求。测量数据准确,可为转向机构的检测提供可靠的理论依据。
Aim at the detection situation in vehicle steering system domestic or overseas and the importance of automatic steering system in operation. Based on an automatic detection system of steering system and the theory of steering system design, basic concepts of steering trapezium and the relationship between wheels steering angle and the angle transmission ratio are analyzed. The various steering trapezium impact on the steering performance is summarized. The test mechanism of steering trapezium is illustrated by the case of integral steering trapezoid and A ckermann steering. Through several parallel tests, result shows that the maximum absolute error value of lefi floating platform is 0.1° and right floating platform is 0.07°. But the system tolerance range is. The accuracy is satisfied the requirements to use and measurement data is accurate. The experimental research data provides a reference for the auto detection of vehicle steering mechanism.
