带多孔管的复杂消声器的流场分析 被引量:1

摘要 为优化摩托车消声器的设计,利用CFD技术分析多种带多孔管消声器的流场速度、湍动能和压力分布,并计算这些方案的压力损失.结果表明:压力损失随着小孔面积比增大而快速下降,小孔面积比在2.5以上时较合适;多孔管堵头开孔对减小压力损失无明显影响;最大的压力损失位于插入管Ⅰ部位,而非多孔管处,故插入管Ⅰ的直径应大于其他3根管的直径. To optimize the motorcycle muffler design,the velocity, turbulence kinetic energy and pressure distribution of flow field of various kinds of mufflers with perforated pipes are analyzed using CFD technology, and their pressure losses are calculated. The results show that, the pressure loss decreases quickly with the increase of the area ratio of small holes, and it is appropriate that the area ratio of small holes is 2.5 above; the hole in perforated pipe plug has no obvious effect on reducing pressure loss; the biggest pressure loss part is not located in the perforated pipe region, but in the region of insert-pipe I , and so the insert-pipe I diameter should be greater than that of the other three pipes.
