摘要
目的本研究旨在探讨^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在淋巴瘤疗效评价中的临床应用价值。方法收集65例淋巴瘤患者的临床资料,比较分析患者治疗后经^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像检查的结果。结果化疗后患者的病灶最大标准吸收值(Maximum dtandardized uptake value,SUVmax)与病灶最大直径(Maximum diameter,Dmax)值均显著低于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PET/CT显像的灵敏度、特异度、准确性分别为96.67%、94.29%、95.38%,均显著高于对照组的76.67%、71.43%、73.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像对淋巴瘤诊断的灵敏度、特异度、准确性较高,能有效、准确评价淋巴瘤的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the evaluation of the curative effect of lymphoma. Methods Sixty-five cases with lymphoma were researched. The results of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging were analyzed.Results The values of SUV max and Dmax after chemotherapy were lower than that before chenmtherapy（P 〈0.05）. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy were higher than the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The value of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in the evaluation of the curative effect of lymphoma is good, it has high sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, which can accurately evaluate the therapeutic effect oflymphoma.
