摘要
针对新型锥形食品罐进行设计,摒弃传统的由大到小成形法,并进行风险评估,采用有限元法对该零件第一道工序进行可行性分析。结果表明,通过模具结构的局部改进,在超出成形拉深比的情况下,零件也可以成形,同时从应力、料厚、材料流动情况等方面对零件进行成形性分析,讨论了压边力以及成形圆角对零件成形的影响,对实际零件生产提供指导意见。
A new conical food can was designed, which abandoned the traditional forming method that forming a can from big to small, and the risk assessment was carried out. The feasibility analysis of the first process of the part was made by using the finite eleluent method. The results showed that through improving the local structure of the die, the parts also could be formed in the case of exceeding drawing ratio. At the same time, the formability of part, was analyzed from the stress, material thickness and flow situation. The influence of the blank holder force and the forming fillet on the part was discussed, which could provide guidance for the practical parts production.
