二尖瓣环位移技术在慢性肾衰竭患者左心室收缩功能的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨二尖瓣环位移技术评价慢性肾功能衰竭患者左心室收缩功能的价值。方法对照组15例,肾衰组35例。所有受检者均留取心尖四腔切面、心尖两腔切面的二维图像,用改良Simpson法测量左室舒张末容积、左室收缩末容积及左室射血分数、左室输出率,应用二尖瓣环位移技术测量四腔心切面二尖瓣环侧壁及室间隔两处的收缩期最大位移及二尖瓣环连线中点处的位移。应用SPSS20.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析和t检验。结果左室舒张末容积、左室收缩末容积、左室输出率两组比较,P<0.0005。室间隔侧瓣环位移、侧壁处瓣环位移、二尖瓣环连线中点处位移两组比较,P<0.0005。室间隔侧瓣环位移、侧壁处瓣环位移、二尖瓣环连线中点处位移均与LVEF成显著正相关。结论二尖瓣环位移技术能较好的评价慢性肾衰竭患者的左室收缩功能。 Objective To study the displacement of mitral valve ring technology evaluation of the value of left heart systolic function in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 15 cases of renal failure control group normal group 35 patients with kidney failure. All client to return four cavity aspect nowadays, apex two cavity section of two-dimensional images, by using the modified Simpson method measured at the end of the left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular systolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular rate of output, application of mitral valve ring measured displacement technology four-chamber view of mitral valve ring wall and interventricular septum two systolic maximum displacement and mitral valve ring attachment midpoint displacement. The obtained data was analyzed by variance and t test with software SPSS20.0. Results At the end of the left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular systolic volume and left ventricular output rate of two groups of comparison, P〈0.0005. Ventricular septal lateral disc displacement, displacement of wall in the disc ring ring, mitral valve ring attachment midpoint displacement of two groups of comparison, P〈0.0005. Ventricular septal lateral disc displacement, displacement of wall in the disc ring ring, mitral valve ring attachment midpoint displacement with LVEF a significant positive correlation. Conclusion The mitral valve ring displacement technology can better evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with chronic renal failure.
