贵州地区牧草种植及奶牛养殖业发展概况

Research of the Development of Grass Planting and Dairy Cattle Breeding of Guizhou Province

近年来,畜禽养殖业的规模化发展面临饲料来源、环境污染、饲养技术及管理方面的一系列问题。奶牛养殖业的发展是奶制品行业发展的关键,而奶牛饲草饲料的种植却是奶牛养殖业的关键点。文章针对贵州省牧草种植现状及奶牛养殖业面临的整体问题进行了调查研究,根据贵州省种植牧草的种类和面积,分析了牧草种植与奶牛养殖业发展的关系;提出了因地制宜养好牛,本地资源的开发和合理利用,为贵州地区牧草种植与奶牛养殖业共同发展提出相应对策。

In recent years, the scale of livestock and poultry breeding industry is facing a series of problems, such as feed source, environmental pollution, feeding management. The development of cow breeding is the key to the development of the milk industry, and cow forage planting is the key point of cow breeding industry. In this paper, we investigated the present situation of forage cultivation in Guizhou province and the overall problems faced by dairy fanning. According to the type and area of forage grass in Guizhou province, the relationship between forage planting and the development of dairy farming was analyzed. According to local conditions, rational development and utilization of local resources, we put forward some countermeasures for the common development of grass planting and dairy farming in Guizhou area.
