摘要
文章对泡沫混凝土保温板进行了力学及热工特性方面的研究,具体方法是通过配比实验和线性回归的方法研究粉煤灰、发泡剂等材料用量变化与泡沫混凝土性能之间的相关关系。研究表明泡沫混凝土的干密度、抗压强度、导热系数与发泡剂用量均呈负相关关系;而泡沫混凝土的抗压强度与粉煤灰的掺量非线性相关关系,当粉煤灰的掺量取25%-30%范围内性能最优;不过其导热系数与粉煤灰的掺量无显著相关关系。在泡沫混凝土保温板实际施工中可根据以上研究合理配比发泡剂和粉煤灰的用量,将其力学及热工特性发挥到最佳。
In this paper, the mechanical and thermal properties of the foam concrete insulation board is studied. The specific method is through the experimental study of the relationship between the change of the amount of fly ash and foaming agent and foam concrete. The results show that the dry density and compressive strength of foam concrete are positively related to the amount of foaming agent, and the thermal conductivity is negatively related to the amount of blowing agent. However, the compressive strength of foam concrete is negatively correlated with the amount of fly ash, when the amount of fly ash is taken out of 25 %, the thermal conductivity has nothing to do with fly ash. In the actual construction of foam concrete insulation board, the mechanical and thermal characteristics can be played to the best according to the amount of foaming agent and fly ash reasonably.
