从北美公有云市场发展、电信运营商遇到的来自IT运营商的挑战,以及电信运营商实践等几个方面研究北美电信运营商转型所遇到的困难和目前的状态,了解AT&T转型的出发点和实施情况。由于每个运营商所处的环境和自身情况的不同,并没有一个普适的结论,但是通过对北美运营商的实践学习,希望可以给转型中的中国电信运营商提供一个参考。

Considering the development of the public cloud in North America, the challenges of IT operators faced by telecommunication operators and the operation practice of telecommunication operators, the difficutty and status encountered by North America telecommunication operators in the process of transfomation were investigated, The starting point and implementation situation of the transformation of AT＆T were elaborated. In view of the different circumstances and conditions of every operator, there is no ubiquitous conclusion. However, the practice investigation on North. America operators can provide a useful reference to domestic telecommunication operators undergoing the transformation.
