摘要
为研究延长直流电动理发剪充电后使用时间,提高机构工作效率,通过分析电动理发剪的内部结构和工作原理,将其简化为曲柄滑块机构,通过ADAMS对理发剪曲柄滑块进行优化设计找出最优曲柄值,使理发剪在工作过程中电机消耗功率最小,对比优化前后的理发剪空载和切削毛发的时间,分别比未进行优化的原型理发剪长16min和17min,实验证明优化后的理发剪结构可以提高理发剪的工作效率。
This paper introduces the DC electric clipper work principle, the kinematics model is established based on mechanism analysis, the clipper can be simplified the slider crank mechanism, the optimal crank can be found by the parameter of design method. Dynamic model of clipper is established in order to find the minimum force of DC motor, the crank parameter carl be finding by ADAMS simulation, it can be improve the clipper using efficiency.
