亲水软滑型三元嵌段硅油GH-15的合成与应用性能 被引量:3

摘要 GH-1000制备端环氧硅油的条件为100~110℃反应2~3 h,升温到135~140℃保温1 h后,制得相对分子质量为15 000的端环氧硅油,再与聚醚胺和改性剂反应生成亲水软滑型三元嵌段硅油GH-15。手感达5级,与市售柔软剂相比高0.5级以上,亲水性好、配伍性强、稳定性好。 Epoxy-terminated silicone with molecular weight of 15 000 was synthesized from GH-1000 at 100-110℃ for 2-3 h, followed by heated up to 135-140 ℃ for 1 h. Soft ternary-block silicone oil GH-15 was synthesized by epoxy-terminated silicone reacting with polyether amine and modifier. The handle of soft ternary block silicone oil GH-15 was grade 5, which is half grade or higher than commercial softer. The prepared soft ternary block silicone oil GH-15 exhibited good hydrophilicity, strong compatibility, and good stability.
