摘要
研究了新型电动汽车无线充电系统拓扑与控制策略。采用双闭环控制的AC/DC和双闭环控制的DC/DC结构,去除了传统控制系统中的无线信号反馈模块,并加入了功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction,PFC)和软开关技术。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对充电控制系统进行了仿真,搭建了AC/DC、磁耦合和DC/DC变换电路,对蓄电池充电过程进行了仿真实验,并设计了充电系统PCB,最终搭建硬件平台验证了该方案的可行性和稳定性。
In this paper, a new control system is put forward in view of the disadvantages of the existing electric vehicle wireless charging control system. The double closed loop control of AC/DC and double close loop control of DC/DC structure, the removal of the traditional control system of wireless signal feedback module, and joined the power factor correction and soft-switch technolo- gy. The charging control system are simulated in the MATLAB/Simulink environment, AC/DC, magnetic coupling and DC/DC con- verier is built, the simulation experiments are performed to test the battery charging process, and the design of the charging system PCB and eventually to build the hardware platform to verify the feasibility and stability of the scheme.
