摘要
本文由焊管生产线上的运管小车项目引入了安川变频器通过Memobus协议与西门子S7-200 PLC通信的问题,并对Memobus协议与S7-200 PLC所支持的Modbus协议进行了详细对比,最后详细说明了安川变频器的参数设置和S7-200 PLC通讯指令。
In this paper, by the program of pipe transporting car of welded pipe production line, we introduce the problem of the Yaskawa inverter＇s communication with Siemens S7-200 PLC through Memobus protocol, describe in detail the Memobus protocol and Modbus protocol which is supported by S7-200 PLC, and finally elaborate theYaskawa inverter parameter settings and S7-200 PLC communication instructions.
