摘要
为了客观评价新疆区域内液体流量标准装置的计量能力,新疆计量院开展了一次全疆范围内的液体流量标准装置比对工作,共有7个单位参加。比对的传递标准为一台质量流量计和一台电磁流量计,采用花瓣式传递路线,在42天的时间内顺利完成;以主导实验室的数据作为参考值,并结合传递标准稳定性、重复性等数据确定参考值的不确定度;依据各参比实验室提交的实验数据进行En值计算;结果显示A1实验室的2个流量点的En值均大于1,其他实验室和其他流量点的En值均小于1。依据评价准则,判定A1实验室比对结果为不满意,其他实验室比对结果为满意。比对合格率为86%,对A1实验室整改后再次进行比对试验,比对结果为满意。此次比对充分评价了新疆范围内液体流量计量的整体能力,保证了全疆范围内液体流量计量仪表量值溯源的准确性和一致性。
In order to objectively evaluate the measuring capacity of liquid flow-rate standard device in Xinjiang region, XinjiangMetrology Institute organized a comparison of liquid flow-rate standard device measurement, and 7 units in Xinjiang area took part inthe activity. The transfer standard for the comparison is a mass flowmeter and an electromagnetic flowmeter. The transmission line ispetal-shaped, and the comparison transmission process took 42 days; taking the data of the leading laboratory as the reference value,the uncertainty of the reference value is determined according to the stability and repeatability data of the transfer standard; the Envalue was calculated according to the experimental data submitted by the compared laboratories; the results showed that the En valueof 2 flow-rate points in A1 laboratory is greater than 1, and the En value of the flow-rate points in other laboratories is all less than1. According to the evaluation criteria, the comparison results of A1 laboratory are not satisfied, the results of other laboratories aresatisfactory and the qualified rate of the comparison results is 86%. After the rectification of A1 laboratory, its comparison results aresatisfactory. The liquid flow-rate measurement capacity of overall Xinjiang area is evaluated by this comparison, which can ensure theaccuracy and consistency of the traceability of the liquid flow-rate meters in Xinjiang area.
