摘要
以国内专利申请受权数作为创新产出的测度指标,借助数理统计方法及探索性空间数据分析(ESDA),对2005—2015年我国西部省域创新产出的空间差异及其演化特征进行探究。在不考虑空间因素的作用下,通过计算锡尔系数和人均专利增长速度,发现西部地区的创新活动呈不均衡状态,创新产出向少数省区逐年集中;在考虑空间因素的作用下,通过计算并分析全局Moran’s I指数表明:西部省域创新产出呈空间正相关,证明了相邻省区创新产出在空间上呈现出高高或低低集聚状态,但集聚的程度并不十分显著;通过局部相关性分析中的Moran散点图指出了集聚的位置,展现了西部省域创新产出的空间演化特征。
Based on mathematical statistics and exploratory spatial data analysis( ESDA), by using, this paper domestic patent applications metric innovative output this paper explored spatial disparities and evolution characteristics of provincial innovative output in western china from 2005 to 2015. Without considering the space factors, it found that innovative activities present a state of disequilibrium, and innovation output to a few provinces concentrated year by year, by calculating Theil index and the growth rate of per capital patent. Under the action of space factors, through calculation and analysis of global Moran's I index shows that the west- ern provincial innovative output is positive correlation, this paper proved that the neighboring provinces and regions innovative output have a high -high or low -low concentration on the space, but it is not very signifi- cant ; Through partial correlation analysis of Moran scatter plot, this paper pointed out the location of agglomeration and showed the spatial evolution characteristics of the western provincial innovative output.
