机关后勤服务社会化改革是后勤体制改革的重要内容。本文剖析了机关后勤服务社会化改革三十多年来取得成功的内在原因,分析了今后一段时间深化改革的重要性和必要性及面临的主要问题,研究提出了深化改革的一些思考和建议,认为需要树立现代机关后勤新理念,明确机关后勤组织机构及其功能定位,建立服务运行新机制,关注风险管理,推进"智慧后勤"的建设。

Organ Logistics service socialization reform is the important content of organ logistics. The paper studies the internal cause over the thirty years, analyses the importance, necessity and facing problems, and presents the tentative strategies and suggestions on deepening the socialization reform of organ logistics service. The author considers that we should set up new ideas for modem organ logistics, definite its organizational structure and functions, establish new operational mechanism, concern about risk management and push forward the construction of directive logistics.
