摘要 目的探讨同伴互助教学方法(Peer-assisted learning,PAL)联合以案例为基础的教学方法(Case-based learning,CBL)在神经科临床实习中的教学效果。方法将2016年3月—2017年1月在我院神经内科病房参加临床实习的154例临床医学本科实习生随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用同伴互助教学模式联合以案例为基础的教学方法,对照组采用常规实习带教方法。2周后分别进行综合成绩评定和教学效果评价,比较两组之间的差异。结果试验组综合成绩测评结果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学效果评价显示试验组学生在教学内容的掌握程度、学习积极性、学习效率及团队合作能力等方面的表现好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PAL联合CBL教学方法是神经科临床实习教学的重要方法,能提高神经科临床实习学生的学习成绩及临床实践能力,有助于提高神经病学的教学质量。 Objective To evaluate the effects of applying methods combining peer-assisted learning (PAL) and case-based learning (CBL) in clinical practice teaching of neurology. Methods From March 2016 to January 2017, 154 clinical medical undergraduate trainees were randomly divided into two groups (trial group and control group). The teaching methods of combining PAL and CBL were applied in the trial group, while the control group was taught with conventional method. 2 weeks later, the differences of comprehensive performance and teaching results were performed between the two groups. Results The scores of comprehensive performance in the trial group were obviously better than the control group (P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, The teaching results in the trial group were much better than that of the control group in mastering of teaching content, learning enthusiasm, learning efficiency and the team cooperation ability etc (P〈0.05). Conclusion The teaching method combining PAL and CBL was an important measure in clinical practice teaching of neurology, can significantly improve the performance of students, the ability of clinical practice and the teaching quality of neurology.
