发热是小儿时期的常见病和多发病,严重时可产生惊厥、抽搐、昏迷等并发症并威胁小儿生命。推拿是中国传统医学独特的治病方法,总结近年来推拿治疗小儿发热的研究进展,认为深入挖掘古代文献中小儿推拿退热的理法处方,开展大样本随机对照实验,优化推拿治疗小儿发热临床选穴,是小儿推拿学者和中医药工作者十分有价值的研究方向。

Fever is a common and frequently -occurring disease in pediatric stagel Severe cases can lead to sei- zures, convulsions, coma and even death. Massage is a special treatment in traditional Chinese medicine. This article reviewed the current researches of inlhntile massage treating pediatric fever. Therefore, studying ancient Chinese literature of pediatric massage and carrying out large sample randomized controlled clinical trials are very important and valuable. Rebuilding the system to optinfize point selection to treat pediatric fever is a very valuahle research direction for pediatricians and traditional Chinese medical doctors.
