老宅新生——旧民居改造的乡村民宿建筑设计探析

OLD HOUSE NEW LIFE——ANALYSIS OF THE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN OF RURAL B&B IN THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE OLD HOUSE

现如今,乡村旅游发展迅速,都市人需要释放工作压力,亲近自然,体验归园田居;乡村中越来越多"空心村"出现,使得传统民居呈现出一片颓败景象。因此,乡愁呼吁下返乡创业者逐渐增多,乡村民宿也应运而生,民宿热潮愈演愈烈。文章通过对乡村民宿外部环境、内部空间以及建筑细节的研究,探讨出乡村民宿改造的设计方法。

Nowadays, with the rapid development of rural tourism, urban people need to release the work pressure, be close to nature and experience home garden home; more and more ＂hollow village＂ appears in rural, making the traditional houses showing a decadent scene. Therefore, nostalgia for the returning entrepreneurs to increase gradually, rural ＂B＆B＂ also came into being, and bed and breakfast boom intensified. This paper explores the design method of rural ＂B＆B＂ transformation by studying the external environment, interior space and architectural details of rural houses.
