中药塌渍法治疗急性期周围性面神经炎临床研究

Clinical Research on peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage Treated by Hot Compress of Chinese Medicine

目的:观察中药塌渍法治疗急性期周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1月—2015年12月本院收治的80例符合要求的急性期周围性面神经炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上局部中药塌渍治疗,两组患者均以10 d为1个疗程,两个疗程后评价两组患者临床疗效、面神经功能评分及中医症状评分改善情况,治疗过程密切观察两组患者的不良反应。结果:对照组有效率为68.5%,观察组有效率为87.5%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组面神经功能分级改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后对照组中医症状评分为(7.53±2.1),观察组为(5.22±1.3),观察组中医症状评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程两组均未见不良反应。结论:中药塌渍治疗面神经炎疗效显著,且使用安全。

Objective： To observe the clinical eftcts of hot compress of Chinese medicine on peripheral faci＇,d neuritis at acute stage. Methods ： Totally 80 patients with peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage treated in this hospital between January 2013 and December 2015 were selected as the research objects and randomized into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treat,nent while observation gnup were added with hot compress of Chinese medi- cine, 10d as a treatment course. The clinical effects and improvements of the scores f facial nervous function and TCM symptoms in both groups were evaluated; the adverse reactions in both groups were closely observed during treatment. Results： The effec- tive rate was 68.5% in control group and 87.5% in observation group; observation group were superior to control group and the difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of the grading of facial nervous function in observation group was markedly superior to that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The TCM ymptoms score was （7.53 ± 2.1 ） in control group and （5.22 ± 1.3） in observation group; the symptom score of observalion group was obviously lower than that of control group; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. There was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion： Hot compress of Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects on peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage with good safety.
